The documentation is not good to understand when explaining the format of timestamp in GELF inputs. It is expected to be like: "timestamp": "timestamp":1545401488.441. But the text talks about:

Seconds since UNIX epoch with optional decimal places for milliseconds

Expected Content

The explanation should be more forward mentioning the float format.
