Improve Map Parsing

Using RFDaemoniac/sc2-map-analyzer as a reference. As we figure out what can be done smaller chunks should be broken out into new feature issues.

Yeah, well that's about how old that analyzer is. Its quite possible that formats have changed since then, probably not by much though.
