Feature Request: Narrow down search directories when matching class

Hi, it would be a nice addition to be able to select which package & directory to search for matching class by bytecode. Currently the program matches from the top level by default even though the directory structure is similar between both versions.

Perhaps an additional message box can be shown to allow the user to select the directory or to match from the top level?
