Edit Entry conflict: Live Merge Tags don't work when Conditional Logic is used

Populate Anything's Live Merge Tags functionality usually works well with our Edit Entry screen.

However, if any field that has Conditional Logic is added to the Edit Entry form, it doesn't work anymore.

Currently, the field "Company Name" has conditional logic attached to it (Live Merge tags don't work).

If this field is removed from the Edit Entry layout, they work as expected.
