Boost freq - to which freq to boost CPU, emc boost - EMC freq to boost memory controller, gpu boost - freq to boost GPU, boost time is obvious, boost CPUs - how many CPUs to boost to boost freq(looks like it doesn't work). Do you really need exact values? They vary a lot depending on Tegra version.
Oh, and the gpu_wakeup file, same location, 0 or 1 value, wakes up the GPU on touch boost.
