Adjusting the Polygon/Star tool number of points while drawing

We should have the following inputs bound while drawing:

  • [/]
  • -/+
  • Down Arrow/Up Arrow
  • Scroll Wheel Down/Scroll Wheel Up

And [/] should also work anytime the tool is selected, not only when dragging. This is the one that should be shown in the hints bar. The others are for convenience and discoverability.
