Spline tool extending a transformed spline is broken

To reproduce

  • Draw a spline with the spline tool.
  • Change the scale in the transform section of the properties
  • Go to the select tool, transform the spline, then go back to the spline tool
  • Try extending the spline
  • The point is offset from the cursor

Can you Assign me this issue? Am I correct you want to create a new spline from end of the line instead of extending the previous point

This is sort of blocked on #3132, I believe. I'd suggest picking a separate task for now, @LSUDOKO.
