Crash when Fill node with no input shape is set to gradient

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use localhost, which has debug optimizations enabled (required)
2. Make a new document (infinite canvas is simplest)
3. Add a Fill node and connect it to the graph output, optionally via a layer
4. Set its fill type from Solid to Gradient, which crashes the editor
