For others confused by the commit listing, a795a9bebbf44733620c1999bd0086ce55e9b6bf is the only one that is actually supposed to be part of this PR. The others appear only because of how the target branch has been updated since the PR was created.

As I mentioned in https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/2665#issuecomment-2299862592, a warning should be added to remind to user of their responsibility to follow any and all laws in their region. Additionally, there are other privacy considerations that should be verified before this is merged.

We might want this but it wasn't clear this was an appropriate way to do it.
