Contacts: Add ability to change storage for contact

Unless I'm missing something, there's no way to change the storage location of a contact via the contacts app.

Certain apps bypass the default contact storage location (namely WhatsApp...) and I had to download another contacts app to move it from my phone storage to my DAV account.

It would be nice if I could do this in the bundled app, so I don't need two contacts apps!

Ran into this today myself. Would be awesome to have an option to move contacts from phone to DAV or the other way round.
