Toggling dark mode closes tabs

1. Open any website (doesn't matter if it's incognito or not)
2. Open quick settings
3. Toggle dark mode on or off

All tabs will be closed.

Note: I have Theme > System default enabled

This also occurs if dark mode is automatically enabled/disabled by a schedule.

@An-anonymous-coder Firstly disclaimer i am not a member of the project nor do i speak for them i am just trying to help cause your issue reminds me of one i had in the past that i don't think got addressed (granted i also never reported it either.) Do you have "Close tabs on exit" enabled in settings? I am only able to reproduce this issue with that enabled. Otherwise behavior is pretty much as expected. Of note while I don't really use Brave anymore this used to (not sure if it still does) happen with brave aswell
