Feature request: Set language by site

I always prefer the original language of a content if I can understand it. But I end up changing the settings quite often.

This is particularly frustrating for YT videos and their AI translation.

Would it be possible to have per website/domain languages settings?

I've been wanting this for ages too, not just in Vanadium. But I think that problem is first and foremost a limitation of the HTTP spec, more specifically in the Accept-Language header, so it would be solved better at that level rather than coming up with a hack in browsers.
