Add toggle to double-click to open camera when previewing last photo

Add toggle to double-click to open camera when previewing last photo, as when you first double-click to open the camera to take a photo then preview the last taken photo then double click again it doesn't relaunch the camera, it just stays on the photo.

The issue with implementing this is that it would conflict with the the double-tap to zoom option although we can prioritize this behavior over the default zoom behavior for the first image
