COMException during startup

User reported a COMException during startup (my program is set to run at user log in from a schedule task). Says it doesn't happen after a fresh install of Windows 10 Education edition but after a few restarts this exception occurs.

This looks like an issue with the COM registrations on that instance of Windows... out of scope for this particular project most likely.

I ended up going with setting my window with a "toolbar" window flag instead to allow it to persist between virtual desktops. This library is great though, just this very specific issue with win 10 education edition.
