Unable to Open Save Error ERROR: System.NotImplementedException

Trying to open my modded save and getting an error opening the save file: ERROR: System.NotImplementedException

Save file and log attached log.txt chads_050722-220731.zip

Please advise. My guess is a mod is not compatible with the save editor, but I could be wrong.
