Deleting all enemies doesn't delete all enemies

I walked into a cave and at least one spider was waiting for me. Latest experimental, latest save game editor. When I manage to work up the courage I will try to create and upload a save game. The cave might be in one of the lowest parts of the world.

EDIT: The cave was in the east/southeast in the process of travelling to the south. I killed the spider by blowing it up. I will try a new save to give an exact location and save game once I have the nerve to explore again :D.
