Document upgrade path to upcoming major release

Info

In order to support users upgrading to the next major version of both angular-components and react-components, we need documentation detailing the upgrade path and all that needs to be done. This will be implemented at the same time as #1379 is implemented.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Angular documentation for upgrade path from version 3.x to 4.x
  2. React documentation for upgrade path from version 4.x to 5.x

Before actually creating the page, write the documentation and then give to Ali to review

Closing as this is completed. We aren't pushing this to Alpha just yet though, as we don't want to release it until we're ready to push Angular wrappers to Production
