Replacing static modal on modals page with button trigger a real modal

Acceptance Criteria:

The idea is coming from @twjeffery For the modal page I think we should change all of the examples to buttons that open modals (the same as the first example). It would be better to show the intended experience and interaction with the modals, as well as how the accessibility works for keyboard and screen reader.
