We want to be able to apply a tooltip to a given Tab in our tab component.

By incorporating an icon in the Tab, and applying a tooltip to that.

Have the ability to incorporate a Tooltip within a tab component, on top of an icon
Make sure this doesn't break any existing capabilities of the Tab component

I spoke with Yin, and the team has already created a custom implementation for this feature.
