[TW-1408] 'task denotate' does not propagate changes to recurrent task instances

At the moment, denotate does not delete annotations for recurrent tasks which is cumbersome since those (possibly wrong) annotation re-appear as the recurrence goes along, so I'd like to be able to get rid of wrongly added annotation for the recurrent task, so, please, if you can do something in regard for 2.4.x.
