[TW-64] Repeating task types

It would be great to have a modifier telling taskwarrior which sort of recurring tasks it faces.

Maybe something like "mandatory" or "lose" or "reminder" or ...

In case of a mandatory task it is important, that every occurence generates a new task (like it does now).

In case of "reminder" no new task needs to be generated until the prior one is marked as done.
