Failing tests

Hi!

I was packaging this up for Fedora, but I get lots of failed tests. The complete buildlog is attached. Are these expected?

Hey @sanjayankur31!

Looks like this is an instance of https://github.com/regebro/tzlocal/issues/18 (reported by @tbabej who is also a maintainer of this repo).

I wonder if the system you're using has an issue whereby tzlocal is returning 'local' for the timezone rather than the proper TZ string?

It looks like it. On my system, I don't get local, but it's possible that's what one gets on the Fedora builders where locale and so on has not been set. The version in Fedora seems to be outdated, though, so I'll ask the maintainer to update to the lastest release and I hope that the new version will fix it.
