Implement loading indicators more consistently throughout UI screens

Cards and tables in some cases have the loading indicators setup differently. This request is to bring uniformity to the way that they're setup.

I would +1 this, the loading indicator should probably be shown immediately whenever an operation is selected. In some cases there is a palpable delay between clicking an operation and an indication that the operation has begun or was acknowledged.
