Cloud CLI Docker Image hashes no longer exist

Hi All,

Recently a cleanup policy was applied to our artifact registry repositories which cleaned up untagged images. If you were pulling a specific image hash rather than a static versioned tag (e.g. :480.0.0-slim or :485.0.0) you may experience failures. If so, you can visit https://pantheon.corp.google.com/artifacts/docker/google.com:cloudsdktool/us/gcr.io/cloud-sdk?e=13802955&mods=-logs_tg_prod&project=google.com:cloudsdktool to identify the corresponding image version you were pulling and pull the associated tag/hash.
