Support for KafkaToPubsub template to retrieve Kafka credentials from GCS
This PR consists of the following improvements for the KafkaToPubsub template:
- Added support to retrieve Kafka credentials form GCS
- Added SSL certificates validation
- Added support for different Kafka SASL mechanisms
