Unable to upload profile picture

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. click on the account icon.
2. Click on the photo field.
3. Click on the photo box.
4. Click on the “Choose from the library” button.
5. Select any picture from the library.
6. Click on the checkmark.

ACTUAL RESULT: Unable to upload a profile picture.

EXPECTED RESULT: Uploading a profile picture should be possible.
