Nice start! So, what is the plan? Finalizing the content in this PR before merging, or merging now and then finalizing the content? In the latter case, please add a bold-faced sentence mentioning that the page is under construction to the first paragraph.

Sorry I was still busy. I think it is better to merge early and finalize later.

I'll mark this PR as draft and hopefully add the under construction information before the end of November.
