NullPointerException on "VideoCapturer.takeNativeVideoCapturer()"

Attempt to invoke virtual method 'long org.webrtc.VideoCapturer.takeNativeVideoCapturer()' on a null object reference

I'm calling from the web interface, I don't have a web cam installed on pc, does this exception occured for this reason?
