comments disappear from document

Hi,

The comments for a paragraph disappear from the document if the paragraph is substantially or completely changed. Although it remains open in the Discussion panel, the behavior should be changed. Problem description:

1. Content is published, reviewer checks the doc, submits comment(s).
2. The content gets corrected (paragraph rewritten) as per comment(s), gets published
3. Reviewer checks the corrected content, but cannot see the comments, so:
   • Cannot see what was the basis of the change
   • Cannot close the comment from the doc itself
   • Makes it difficult to find the related comment in the Discussion panel (since there's no search, etc.)
