Favicon doesn't show in google search / docs page links aren't showing images when embedded

Reopening this issue as it doesn't seem to be resolved.

For example if you put this url https://docs.gitbook.com/ into any platform such as Discord, etc, it only shows text description now with no image, but several weeks ago it would embed an image as well.

Also, favicon's aren't being updated in google search in numerous different websites using GitBook even have several successful re-crawls. Not sure if if this is due the images being proxied and blocked some how.

I followed the gitbook guidelines to set up the icon, but the favicon is not exposed.

Update: doc page images seem to be embedding now, but the favicon still does not appear to be fixed/update in google search even after recrawl
