The flag emojis does not rendered in the published version as expected

Bug description

Please describe.
Once you add flag emojis in Heading 1 text, the admin panel visualizes it properly, but once you publish the content, it is not rendered and shows only country letters.

How to reproduce

1. Create Heading 1 Text and insert an emoji at the sentence's beginning.
2. Publish/Merge the content.
3. Open the live version.
