Publish to PyPI

Publishing to PyPI should be straightforward using poetry publish.

TODO before publish:

  • Check documentation
  • Check pyproject.toml info
  • Check and try to improve package dependencies

EIS Toolkit is now in PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/eis_toolkit/.

I am the only maintainer currently. @nialov , would you like to by PyPI maintainer also?

As stated in the first comment of this issue, the publishing is done with poetry publish and is indeed easy.
