linux/arm64 support

Would be nice if this could be added (especially for docker), this would enable the bot to be used on a Raspberry Pi.

Is still throws occasional errors but since its a docker container you can just set it to restart upon crash. Just have to be careful about your account getting api locked for about an hour or so when it happens
