Proof of concept to center toolpath on buildplate. (Added as option in configuration dialog) Not sure if this is useful for typical users, it is for me.
Note: not tested on printer, but appears to work fine form looking at Cura Preivew
To keep this maintainable, I think it's better to implement this with the viewport during the SVG parsing stage. I intend to make it possible to rescale the print to the build plate's size as well, and that wouldn't jive well with this if we want to keep the Maximum Resolution setting working correctly.
Only problem is, the SVG parsing stage is ravioli code. Not quite "spaghetti" I'd say but it's a LOT of pasta in a big bowl and understandably that makes this a mess to understand for people who didn't write it. It's my plan to refactor that, but that might take a while and I'm not sure how much time I can spend on that soon.
