Should have confirm message on delete feature

Precondition: _Some tags are added on site

  1. Open Geta Tags Management link on Admin mode > Admin tab
  2. Click "Delete" button Issue: The tag is deleted and It causes error if user deletes multiple items quickly Expected: Confirm message should display
