Redirect not working (B404 handler) after deleting the unnecessary page if we are giving old url as new then its not working

Hi Team,

We are deleting this page https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/about-us/core-customer-information/unresolved-complaints as no longer needed. So added a re-direct to point to https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/about-us/core-customer-information

However it’s not working.

For now I’ve added the re-direct as a shortcut on the actual page settings.

Please advise so I can delete the unneeded page.

I have the same issue here. I have deleted the page in old url ( /en/services/urban-design/ ) and set the redirects, but it doesn't work (unless I don't delete it and add a shortcut)

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
