XML not getting loaded

We are trying to import an XML as per required formatting, but it is failing to load. We have some target URLs with & character. example: https://www.etac.com/sv-se/sverige/produkter/barn--junior/gastod-och-rollatorer/r82-crocodile/?utm_source=AD_SE&utm_medium=Magazine&utm_campaign=Crocodile_R%C3%B6relse

Do you know how should we handle it so that the tool can save the URL correctly?
