Enable Noise Cancellation: Update

The call.create() function throws the following error: "ValueError: 'enable-noise-cancellation' is not a valid OwnCapability"

I checked the Roles&Permissions section on the Getstream console and I saw that there's a new permission added titled "Enable Noise Cancellation". Whether I enable or disable it, the problem in the Python SDK remains consistent.

Python SDK thus neds to be updated to accommodate the new permission without error.

hi @Enisco, this is the SDK for Streams Feeds product. I think you might be referring to the video product?
