403 error on older images when scrolling up on message list by new channel member. Old members seem ok.

stream_chat_flutter: '7.2.0-hotfix.1'

What happened?

When a new user joins a channel, he is not able to look at or download any past attachments. Only seems to work with new attachments or attachments sent after they joined the channel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open up message list.
2. Have new user join an ongoing channel.
3. Scroll up with the new user to see pictures or attachments.
4. We consistently get a 403 error here.
