[UX] Get unstaked balance

The icon to get the unstaked balance is confusing. I asked for in the the chat and got different answers, so people are not sure about it.

I had some ideas how to improve the UX:

1. relocate the icon where the amount loads
2. use a "reload" icon instead, like this: https://fontawesome.com/icons/sync-alt?style=solid whti the animated icon while loading
3. when not known, show "please refresh" or something similar
