ScatterDesktop Unable to claim genesis and vote rewards.

Been trying since two days but nothing happens when claim genesis and clam vote is clicked. I have to access my funds, please resolve this issue.

Hello Aysha and/or anyone that can help us,

I am having the same problem while using the bloks.io interface along with my desktop Windows Scatter v11.0.1 wallet to claim genesis and voting rewards. From my attached screen shot of the "Networks" tab with the EOS network selected, you can see that a a connection error flag is clearly showing for all EOS-based tokens. Below that a popup message indicates "Problem connecting to Prices API".

I can neither claim nor move my WAXP tokens. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Nickgyver1, I was able to claim my rewards through Anchor Wallet . You can sign up for that wallet and import your private keys from scatter wallet and your tokens will be accessible through the anchor wallet.

Scatter is dead! That is no longer supported! Suggest that you try loading Anchor desktop wallet: https://greymass.com/en/anchor/ then use Scatter keys to load / migrate your holdings.
