[Request]: Re-order accounts

Describe the request

Would be nice if we could drag and drop the profiles in the user switcher to re-order them! Currently, they are in order of time added. Something really simple, where clicking and dragging, the other profiles slide around with a simple animation to make space for the new order, similar to the app grid in GNOME.

The order currently is whatever order libsecret returns accounts in (/ might depend on secret service). I'm not opposed to re-ordering accounts but might be more work for little use, so I'll look into it after the upcoming release!
