Unable to delete group categories

Expected Behavior

Should be able to delete group categories.

Actual Behavior

No option on the UI to delete a group category.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Go to https://development.demo.geonode.org
2. Click About -> Group Categories
3. No option to select and delete categories
4. The delete option is also not available for a single category.
