Update catalog and background layers url configuration in settings.py and related files

We should remove all the reference to geo-solutions.it endpoint in the mapstore configuration included in the settings.py files.

• remove default mapstore catalog services and use only the geonode one https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/b140576d6308c1dd55af3fe65427f69e98bbe071/geonode/settings.py#L1461-L1476

• update url endpoint for the s2cloudless background layer https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/blob/b140576d6308c1dd55af3fe65427f69e98bbe071/geonode/settings.py#L1498-L1508
