pytests need to be rewritten

Xun and Irene made a few changes to the access code in August (https://github.com/GeoDaCenter/spatial_access/compare/c50cc6e574aa...2598b3e), which are causing 11 unit tests to fail. The unit tests should either be re-written or the code should be reverted to the previous state.
