[Bug]: add scrolling to the joint dialog box displayed when using the 'gs view'

Bug Description

My robot has 48 joints and i cant change their positions of all the joints using the slider as they are out of view

Steps to Reproduce

$ gs view /path/to/robot.urdf

Expected Behavior

all joint be displayed in the window
