Updating branch for recording input parameters/interactivity in a json file for future replay

Meant to do this before I left. This updates the branch for recording the input parameters in a json file. The json file can be supplied in a future reduce to get all the same settings, including any tweaks made in the interactive interfaces.

As a reminder, it might get messy if a user replays a json interactive but then decides to start messing with the intermediate interactive settings.

This updates the branch to all changes in master including James' conda updates. Tested locally. It's probably overwhelming to look at the branch to branch diff and a manual diff against GEMINIDR's master may be more useful.
