Narrator reads Slider value as zero

Description

Slider doesn't work correct for narrator to read.

Steps to reproduce

Install and run UWP application
Run Windows -> Narrator

Narrator reads the value of the Slider as "zero percent"

In this case, explaining a little bit more: Windows Narrator speaks percent value instead real value of slider. How to make narrator speak current slider Value?
