Support for Titlebar Shortcuts

Currently TKXUI's title bar

Issue:

When choosing another tab for the main half view it does not work as a native title bar.

How to replicate:

Open two windows make one expand to half the screen size via dragging towards extreme right. Now choose tkxui window on the right

Expected Behaviour:

Open window in full height and half-width.

System: Windows 10 Python Version: 3.9
