[BUG] Previous session is there after chrome restart

This is what it looks like after.

Notice the top parent tree is greyed out but all previous tabs are there too. This bug seems to be true for side-panel mode and window mode.

This is something I had learned to live with in Tabs Outliner, but it would be awesome if this is fixed.

Any update on this @GarinZ ? Really want this app to work. I'd easily pay for the pro if this was fixed along with auto opening of the side bar when chrome is opened.
